In his new compact disc Together, ANDY LEE LANG once again proves he is the world's true ambassador of real American roots music.

This CD, his second with guest artists, is nothing short of magnificent; a tribute to our music of the 1950s with original performers of this era including myself, and close friends like Big Jay McNeely, Billy Swan and Tommy Sands.

The range of styles are from country, rhythm and blues, doo-wop, rockabilly, cajun and pop.

Andy and his musical friends worked on this project for seven years, indicative of their dedication and Andy's skill as a musicologist and producer besides being a piano wizard, singer and an exciting performer on stage, one of the best I've seen.

In 1999, I was fortunate enough to appear on a festival in Vienna with Andyand his group with many of the U.S. artists featured on Together.
